Soft Thing

is a poetry zine, first printed on Sunday, April 19th, 2026 at the Allen County Public Library. Bound with rainbow thread, all poems inside were written by Grace E. Wagner sometime in between 2023 and this first print date.

On May 6th, 2026 the illustration on the cover was sketched, scanned, imagined and inspired by the poet’s favorite sweater. Not a drop of AI was used to make Soft Thing, so it remains wholeheartedly human, intentional and imperfect.
